The hosts started brightly, Charlie Losasso putting a header over.
Brandon Goodship forced a good stop out of Ravan Constable on 22 minutes whilst on the half hour Louis Stead went very close.
The second period saw Weymouth stopper Tom McHale make a good save from a Losasso free kick whilst a rehearsed corner routine saw Stephane Zubar see his effort deflected over the bar for the visitors.
