LUKE GARRARD says Boreham Wood have been cautious over the return of Kane Smith to make sure he can have a big season next year.
Attacking full-back Smith has missed the majority of this campaign having injured his Anterior Cruciate Ligament in Wood’s play-off eliminator match against AFC Fylde at the end of 2017-18.
