LANCASTER ended their season on a high note with a win over Whitby despite the best efforts of Jack Norton in the visitors’ goal.
Ashley Coffey had a chance to put Whitby ahead after 14 minutes when Jack Sims failed to gather a cross but he could only direct his shot against a post.
