AFTER visiting Ruthin a few weeks ago, a trip to Penrhyncoch has been high on the agenda. The reason: it would finish off the Cymru Alliance for myself and Pencilman and allow The Fox to close in on that same target.
A trip had been pencilled in for March 16 but it was forecast to be the wettest day since the beginning of time, or more likely since the last wet day so we cancelled the trip and went to a match on Plastic Fantastic instead. It was a good decision: Penrhyncoch was off!
