THE FUTURE of Gateshead was left hanging in the balance last night as the fallout from their suspension by the National League threatened to spill out into the law courts.
Crisis club Heed face at least a two-division drop for flouting financial rules.
Now prospective owner Neil Pinkerton is mounting a legal case against current chief Dr Ranjan Varghese.
