CITIZENS’ 42-POINT LOSS TOO ‘SEVERE’

ONCE-proud Bangor City are surely facing relegation to the Welsh third tier next season after receiving what chairman Steven Vaughan describes as a “humiliating” 42-point deduction by the Football Association of Wales.
The three-time Welsh champions and perennial Europa League qualifiers, were relegated from the Welsh Premier League 12 months ago – despite actually finishing as runners-up–after failing to obtain a domestic licence.
