BANK Holiday Monday has been in my diary for months. It’s the day I intend catching up with my useless team, Notts County, at Crawley Town. It will be my 140th League ground with the Magpies but it is likely to be my last. See you in the National League next season, You Pies! Amazingly, as if laid on especially just for me, Horley Town are at home in the Combined Counties League at 11.30am, just a wayward defensive clearance away from Crawley. I couldn’t have written the fixture list better myself.
