GRAHAM GETS THE REC NOD

FORMER Garforth Town, Parkgate and Ossett Town boss Graham Nicholas has come first out of 17 applicants to land the top job at Northern Counties East Premier side Athersley Recreation.
He has appointed last season’s coach Kevan Locke as his assistant. Completing the third piece of the new management jigsaw is former Athersley Recreation, Ossett Albion and Worsborough Bridge player Shane Kelsey who has been appointed as coach.
They have replaced Luke Potter and his number two Rob Tonks, who quit due to pressure of work commitments.
