ANTHONY GALE isn’t fazed by working without a playing budget at Staines Town and is purely focused on helping rebuild the club.
Regarded as one of the most promising young managers in Non-League, Gale has taken the job at Wheatsheaf Park fully aware of the sizable challenge that lies ahead.
The well-established Swans have fallen to their lowest ebb since 2004 after a torrid season in the Southern League South Premier.
