ROOKIE manager Danny Searle is urging his newlook Aldershot Town team to grasp their unexpected second chance in Non-League’s top tier with both hands.
The former Braintree boss took the reins two months ago not knowing what division the Shots would be in this term. The Hampshire club had finished in the relegation places, but knew they would be reprieved if financially-stricken Gateshead were demoted.
