THE opening game of the 100th year of Met Police Football Club did not go to plan as their clash against Truro ended in a disappointing defeat. The visitors, who had lengthy journey to Surrey, started the game brightly.
Some smart play by Niall Thompson gave Ryan Law a chance to fire home from a tight angle.
And to be fair the visitors never looked like losing after earning Louis Rooney ensured the visitors dominated.
