‘Glasses’ fan handed a ban

KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are set to ban a pitch invader for life who offered a referee a pair of glasses following a debatable penalty decision.
The incident took place in the first-half of Harriers opening day 2-2 draw with Leamington.
Referee Kristian Silcock awarded a penalty to the visitors when Josh March went down in the area in the 40th minute. March scored the spot kick to give his side the lead before a spectator entered the pitch to hand Silcock a pair of glasses.
