CHIEF’S ANGER AT LOW CROWDS

CHAIRMAN Danny Hunter is considering reducing his investment in Boreham Wood after their “laughable” crowd of 407 against Sutton United last weekend.
The long-standing Wood chief has overseen four promotions in 21 seasons and has personally spent £500,000 since February alone, plus £330k from the Football Foundation, £150k from the town council and £100k from Arsenal to upgrade facilities and build a new North Stand at Meadow Park.
