CRAIG Cairns 100th goal for Runcorn Town was enough.
Peter Glen-Ravenhill’s brace had cancelled out Shaun Weaver’s opener before Richard McQuade equalised.
Weaver put Town ahead in the 12th minute.
A quick-fire double from Glen-Ravenhill, hooking home the first before slotting the second past Adam Reid, put Benfield ahead.
The North West Counties League visitors, however, were level four minutes after the restart.
McQuade netted his first goal for the club from Cairns’ cross.
