BENJAMIN Pope scored the winner as Hastings secured a narrow win at Three Bridges.
Hastings took the game to their hosts but wasted the few chances that came their way until Craig Stone took advantage of slack marking to head home after 27 minutes.
Kieron Thorp made a great save to deny Benjamin Pope as the half closed, and this looked to be crucial when Andrew Sesay headed Bridges level within a minute of the second half.
Bridges then looked on course for a welcome victory, but Hastings went on to step up a gear and Pope headed the winner after 76...
