ASHTON ATHLETIC have a good cup pedigree and no side will want to face them in the next round after a dominant performance.
They took the lead on 28 minutes when intricate play from star man Marcus Cusani and Josh Nicholson saw the ball laid to Adam Gilchrist on the edge of the six-yard box and he finished well.
On 34 minutes Cusani turned scorer when he was found in space on the edge of the box and fired a rasping shot past Josh Lill.
