OSSETT earned a replay in the FA Cup mainly thanks to some outstanding goalkeeping by Brett Souter.
Souter joined Ossett Albion in 2014 and has made himself a popular fixture at the club, following the merger of Albion and Town last year.
Colne were clearly determined to take advantage of their home crowd and dominated the firsthalf exchanges.
But Souter proved more than a match for all their attacking endeavour.
His first-half highlight came when he athletically turned Matty Makinson’s goalbound effort around the post with a flying save.
