EIGHTH placed Royston Town took on third placed Tamworth in this fragmented but competitive encounter with the visitors coming out on top, converting their two real chances.
The Crows created the more opportunities throughout, but were devoid of finesse in front of goal.
The scoring was opened by Tamworth in the 17th minute with Tyrell Waite cashing in on some indecisive defending following an enforced substitution.
