AFTER a testing couple of weeks Stratford were looking to get their season back on track against basement boys Leiston, but although they eventually came out on top they were made to fight all the way by their spirited opponents.
And they were stunned when Leiston took the lead in only the fifth minute as a Tom Hughes shot was blocked by Dan Vann with the ball rebounding back off Hughes into the net past debutant Stratford keeper Mitchell Allen.
