■ A FOUR-GOAL salvo in the space of 11 first-half minutes ensured Histon took the points against Great Wakering Rovers.
Histon started brighter but Rovers were gradually gaining momentum before being hit by a Dan Brown hat-trick and another by Ed Rolph.
The first came after Max York and the lively Danny Gould combined to set up Brown. Three minutes later Rolph deflected in a Buster Harradine shot. Brown then got a touch on a long York throw-in, and completed his hat-trick in first-half stoppage time, lifting the ball over the advancing keeper....
