THERE was no new manager bounce for Barnstaple Town as they lost 3-0 to Moneyfields.
Ex-Wolves striker Dean Edwards took charge with former manager Kevin Darch alongside him.
The first half was an even affair which produced little in terms of action apart from a Jamie Ford effort that was well saved by Barnstaple keeper Steve Oliver and a Brian Levein effort for the hosts the only real opportunities of note.
The first goal was always going to be crucial and Steve Hutchings pounced on a defensive error to put the visitors in front.
