MATT BARNES has been named as joint manager of his former club Prestwich Heys – less than a week after quitting as boss of North West Counties Premier outfit Barnoldswick Town.
Barnes, the former Salford City, Trafford, Ramsbottom United, Atherton Collieries, Walshaw Sports and Elton Vale player, will be assisted by Jon Lyons at the Division One North side.
