LEWES consigned tenman Cheshunt to a sixth consecutive defeat in rain as apocalyptic as the hosts’ form.
Mo Camara’s red card 30 minutes in proved the pivotal moment, as goals from James Hammond and Leon Redwood before half-time helped the Rooks to victory.
The Ambers came close on 20 minutes when Leon Lalor-Dell stole in behind the Lewes defence and flashed a strike across goal that crashed onto the crossbar.
