JOE Walton scored the only goal of the game on a wintry afternoon in Lincolnshire to give Morpeth victory It was a game that failed to live up to expectations as Curtis Woodhouse suffered his first defeat as Trinity manager.
Chances were at a premium in the first- half. though the visitors were dangerous on the counter-attack, Walton hitting the side-netting.
The Highwaymen applied the pressure, but Trinity were a threat from set-pieces, James Williamson seeing a header land 011 the roof of the net.
