BRIGHOUSE Town edged a Roses battle full of controversy in the second half.
Trafford could not get a vital goal despite being awarded a penalty, with Jordan Johnson’s effort saved by Jordan Porter.
Town took the lead through goal-a-game new signing Joe Jagger who headed in a ball across goal, and went two goals up with Shiraz Khan curling a great shot in from the edge of the box.
