YATE recovered from the worst possible start when Louis Britton’s two goals helped to provide a Trophy shock at Braintree.
The hosts went ahead on two minutes when Jason Banton ran onto a defence splitting ball and rounded hesitant Yate keeper Adam Forster to roll the ball into an unguarded net.
It looked like Iron could be in for an easy afternoon against the Southern League team who are 33 places below them in the Pyramid.
