ALFIE RUTHERFORD’s late double swept Havant & Waterlooville past dogged visitors Cinderford.
The Foresters’ Andy Lewis hit a long range shot over the bar but then Cinderford were put under constant pressure with goalkeeper Andy Hannah outstanding.
However, he was eventually beaten in the 20th minute when Craig Rob son planted a firm header into the corner of the net.
Cinderford shocked the hosts on 56 minutes with a goal out of the blue from their only on-target shot of the game.
