RADCLIFFE FC battled hard to get past Basford United comfortably as the league’s two in-form teams met at the Neuven Stadium.
Ben Wharton, Tyrese Sinclair and Matty Wolfenden got their names on the scoresheet as the Boro move up to seventh.
Jon Macken’s men made it five wins on the bounce in all competitions with that well earned three points when it mattered most.
The home side made a lightning start as they were in the lead after just two minutes.
