FC UNITED’S growing reputation as the league’s entertainers was seriously enhanced again on Saturday with a fine win over Matlock Town.
The first half will be remembered for an opening half hour of goals, goals and more goals, the first of them coming on seven minutes when Matlock’s Tomas Poole took advantage of a defensive mixup to score with aplomb.
