■ WARE scored six for the third league game running as they overran a hard-working Ashford team. The scoring was opened on six minutes when Josh Williams shot home from the edge of the six-yard area.
Ware doubled their total ten minutes later when Harry Watkins shot home from Alaa Oujdi’s pull-back but, in a half that might have seen Ware score several more times, it was not until a minute from the break that Liam Hope scored number three.
