■ KEMPSTON Rovers were undone in an entertaining battle of Bedfordshire with Biggleswade.
Biggleswade hadn’t played in four weeks but were sharp early on, Tom Coles guiding a header into the corner.
It was 1-1 moments later, however, with Robbie Goodman volleying Kempston level after a free-kick.
But parity didn’t last long in an absorbing first half, Joe Leslie putting the visitors back in front with a peach of a free-kick just after the halfhour.
Coles then got his second to make it 3-1 at the break.
