LORRAINE ON TARGET AGAIN FOR DIAMONDS

AFC Rushden were made to work hard for their tenth win of the season as they beat fellow play-off aspirants Barwell.
The hosts led 2-0 but their lead was cut to 2-1 on 82 minutes before all-time leading scorer Tom Lorraine came off the bench to clinch the points in the 87th minute.
After a cagey start Diamonds started to press largely thanks to the trickery of recent loan signing Greg Kazaboni and the energy of Jesse Akubuine.
