MITCH Botfield’s firsthalf dismissal proved costly for relegationthreatened Alvechurch as they crashed to a fourth straight defeat.
Dean Holtham’s struggling side led through an early Ryan Wollacot goal but hopes of a much-needed victory were dashed just before the interval when Botfield picked up a second yellow card.
It handed the initiative to the hosts who equalised 15 minutes from time when Jac Redhead’s free-kick was headed home by Dec Towers.
