IYRWAH GOODEN’S hattrick steered Ramsbottom to a 12th game unbeaten as they maintained the pressure on league leaders Workington.
After just seven minutes, Gooden slotted home Nic Evangelinos’s nearpost flick, although Liverpool levelled as Liam Hynes headed in Kevin McEllin’s free-kick.
Gooden’s second was a carbon copy of his first following Edward Moran’s mis-kick and Josh Hmami’s half-volley made it 3-1 at the break.
