IT’S not how you start, it’s how you finish – and Notts County have rounded off the year with plenty of promise.
The Magpies may have taken a while to get goingbut wins over FC Halifax Town, Maidenhead United and at Solihull Moors last month saw them enter the New Year with a bang.
It also earned boss Neal Ardley the December National League manager of the month award as they stormed into the play-off positions.
