WANDERERS RETURN FOR ‘PERFECT’ TIE

DORKING Wanderers just keep on making history – and their latest win has been hailed by chairman-manager Marc White as their “greatest game”.
In 1999, the year Wanderers were formed, National League Stockport County were playing in the First Division – on Tuesday night they were humbled 4-0 by the Step 2 side.
Eleven promotions later, led by the inspirational White, Dorking created another landmark moment by reaching the FA Trophy third round.
