Greens break new ground

HENDON made it three league wins in a row for the first time in two years as they outplayed Gosport Borough.
The first-half was a cagey affair and it took until Percy Kianbengi showed smart footwork before hitting the angle of post and crossbar.
Hendon took control after the break and after Liam Brooks fired wide, Kieran Forbes sent Shaun Lucien clear.
The wide man ran 25-yards, made a better angle for himself and lashed a shot past Patrick O’Flaherty to give Hendon the lead.
