RAMSBOTTOM United retained their place at the summit of the league standings with a comfortable victory over play-off chasing Tadcaster Albion.
The hosts took the lead fi ve minutes before the interval when a neat build up down the left gave leading scorer Nic Evangelinos a sight of goal on the edge of the penalty area, scoring with a superb curler.
The second half was dominated by Ramsbottom United and they deservedly increased their lead when a Tom Kennedy cross from the right was fl icked into the bottom corner by Reuben Jerome.
