WORKINGTON AFC remain top of the league after a dominant win at relegation- threatened Kendal Town.
Workington dominated the first half and created lots of opportunities, most notably from Scott Allison who hit the crossbar on two occasions.
The visitors created further chances before Millenic Allis’ free-kick deflected into the net.
Workington pushed on in the second half before former Kendal player Brad Carroll made it 2-0 on 62 minutes and Carroll scored his second.
