IN A scruffy and scrappy match, honours were shared in a 1-1 draw.
Bedworth claimed the first goal with a simple tap-in by Blaize Punter following a Luke Rowe corner on eight minutes.
Bedworth goalkeeper Daniel Crane kept his side in the game with two outstanding first-half saves.
Bedford had more possession in the next 45 minutes and after another two blinding saves from Crane, it looked as though the visitors would take the points.
Even when Crane was beaten, Elliot Parrott cleared off the line.
