BARTON Rovers’ first-half blitz saw them beat Yaxley in a ten-goal thriller to climb into the top half of the table.
Blustery conditions dominated proceedings and initially played into Rovers’ hands as they built up a first-half lead.
Goals from Goldy Capella, Dean Dummet and a brace by Nathan Tshikuna put the visitors 4-0 ahead at the interval.
Yaxley snatched one back through Dan Jarvis but Capella’s second of the afternoon restored Barton’s four-goal lead.
