MORPETH Town led on three occasions before eventually coming throught at the expense of gallant Witton Albion.
Sean Taylor got the home side off to a roaring start by slotting home at the back post following Joe Walton’s rampaging run down the right flank eight minutes in.
Witton, who themselves began impressively, found a deserved leveller on 27 minutes when Isaac Baldwin smashed home at the near post, with keeper Dan Lowson unable to stop it hitting the back of the net.
