COUNTY CASH ARRIVES EARLY

NOTTS County will receive the remainder of their parachute payment in one lump sum instead of instalments as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
The EFL has drawn up emergency measures to financially help clubs through the crisis after being deprived of matchday income.
Notts are included in the plans because clubs who are relegated into the National League are entitled to £607,000 in parachute payments paid in instalments during their first season outside the EFL.
The Football League will now pay the remaining amount in one sum to Notts this week.
