NO GO: Every football club in the country is without a game

ALL the matches must be played because Non-League clubs need the revenue to pay players and stay afloat.
If you just determined the league by points-per-game or void the league altogether, clubs will have no revenue coming in.
Clubs should receive funds from the Premier League or the powers at be during this inactive period, equivalent to their average attendance.
If they manage to survive, this can be paid back in time, once all the matches have been completed.
