FAIRNESS: Mark Harris

NULL-and-voiding the season was the fairest route for the “majority of clubs” at Steps 3 and 4, Northern Premier League chairman Mark Harris believes.
Subject to ratification by the Leagues Committee, the 2019-20 campaign from Steps 3 down to 7 – along with the women’s football pyramid and the wider grassroots game – will be brought to an end and the results expunged.
