CUNNINGHAM HAILED AFTER COLNE EXIT

CHAIRMAN Ryan Haigh has praised Steve Cunningham’s “inarguable success” at Colne FC following his decision to step down this week after six years in charge.
Former player Cunningham is stepping down to take a break from football and spend more time with his family. Cunningham has led the club through its most successful period to-date. After winning promotion to Step 4 by winning the North West Counties Premier Division, he then took them to two successive Northern Premier League play-off appearances, where they were edged out by Farsley Celtic and Leek Town...
