Boss Nethercott will look to youth

STUART Nethercott has vowed to give youth a chance after being appointed as Heybridge Swifts’ new boss.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Millwall defender was the Isthmian North club’s choice to succeed Karl Duguid, who resigned last weekend.
Heybridge are due to field an under-23 side next term and Nethercott is keen to provide the youngsters with a pathway into the first team.
