THAT’S SANDY! Nearly £10m will aid pitch improvement

THE FOOTBALL Foundation have announced the launch of a £9.56m Pitch Preparation Fund to help Non-League clubs and organisations during the Covid-19 outbreak.
The scheme is aimed at supporting those struggling to maintain their natural or artificial surfaces across the country.
The Premier League, The FA, the government and Sport England have come together through the Football Foundation to launch the scheme in support of the game amid these unprecedented challenges.
