O’KEEFE CALLS IT A DAY AT MAGPIES

JOSH O’KEEFE has stunned Chorley by announcing his retirement from playing at the age of 31 – and adding to the recent Magpies exodus. The former Hereford United and Lincoln City man has decided to hang up his boots to concentrate on a career in physiotherapy. O’Keefe, a former Blackburn Rovers trainee, spent four years at Chorley, helping the club secure promotion to the National League through the play-offs last summer.
