FORTY-EIGHT footballers from 25 nations are all set to kick off Manchester’s new club with a mission even United and City will never match - to unite one of Britain’s major cities.
Greater Manchester FC will become only the second club in Non-League football after FC United to carry the name of Manchester with chief executive and founder Mohammed Haroon promising opportunities for all and an emphasis on grass roots.
